Outside of work, Matt is a devoted family man who is deeply committed to his faith, his wife, and their three young boys. He values hard work, integrity, and providing a strong foundation for his family, bringing the same level of care and dedication into both his personal life and his business. Whether spending time in the forest with his family, enjoying a game of padel, or keeping things spotless at home, Matt takes pride in the details and believes that how you care for the small things reflects how you approach everything in life.
After matriculating from Maritzburg College in 2010, Matt began building his career in the electrical industry with a clear vision for the future. At just 23 years old, he founded Lightworks Electrical & Solar and has spent the past decade growing it into a respected and trusted brand known for quality workmanship, professionalism, and reliable service.
